For starters, I like a fresh croissant, slice of pizza (more like 7) or a cold beer just as much as I like living an active lifestyle.

I’ve never been a fitness or health perfectionist. I love good food and social events way too much.

I believe that balance looks different for different people, and that it’s 100% possible, and better, to achieve your health and fitness goals in a sustainable way.

Why give up delicious food and drink with the friends and family that you love, if you don’t have to? On top of that,

I believe a 20 minute workout 2-3x a week if your very busy and have other priorities is great. We don’t have to live in the gym to be fit, strong and healthy.

Now, too many people lose their results because what they did to get them couldn’t last.

I like helping people break that cycle with a smarter approach to diet and exercise.

I got into this fitness thing because I was once overweight, and, unhappy. I did the fitness thing, ate healthy, did my cardio, lifted my weights and got my results.

I lost over 40 pounds, liked what I saw in the mirror and liked the way my routine felt. I felt a renewed sense of self and personal respect I hadn’t seen in years.

I thought, if I could make a career out of helping other folks feel proud, accomplished and healthy, the way I felt, that would be the job for me.

That ignited my passion to help people train hard.

Then, I broke my back. That sucked. But it helped me learn how to train smarter. I rehabbed my own injury and came back stronger than before! I read a lot, took some life-changing courses of holistic exercise. This gave me the gift of learning how to train people around injuries.

Finally, I became a certified online coach and certified nutrition coach during the pandemic.

I still have lots to learn and my curiosity for new methods is never quenched, but, I feel SUPER confident helping my clients with all these aspects to my journey.

I never ask a client to do something I haven’t personally done. I value authenticity too much.

I have the certifications, I have the knowledge, and I have (as Im writing this) over 10 years of professional experience helping real people become a more fit version of themselves.

Before working with Anthony I felt uneducated in the gym that would lead to frustration and ultimately, a lack of exercise. Anthony always explains why we do certain exercises and makes the information beneficial and easy to understand. I approached Anthony for guidance with weight loss while becoming stronger and improving my confidence. He helped me create a routine that had me at the gym on a regular basis. I feel more confident heading into a workout and I enjoy doing more difficult exercises. I now understand which movements I need to do for more specific workout goals while maintaining proper form. I feel confident about what I am able to do and how I look in clothes I would not have felt great in before.

Yes. I’m not a doctor or physio but, within my scope, I can help you work around injuries, prevent them and deal with them by stretching or strengthening an affected area

That depends on many factors. Clients usually notice a more positive attitude and increased energy within the first weeks of coaching. Weight loss typically occurs within the first month, and it is entirely possible to notice a change in your physique after 1-2 months. Some clients can accomplish much more if they can allocate more time to exercise and proper nutrition. The goal is to get your fitness and nutrition program right for you based on your priorities and what life is currently like.
