I love good food and social events way too much. I believe that balance looks different for different people, and that it’s 100% possible, and better, to achieve your health and fitness goals in a sustainable way.
Why give up delicious food and drink with the friends and family that you love, if you don’t have to? On top of that,
I believe a 20 minute workout 2-3x a week if your very busy and have other priorities is great. We don’t have to live in the gym to be fit, strong and healthy.
Now, too many people lose their results because what they did to get them couldn’t last.
I like helping people break that cycle with a smarter approach to diet and exercise.
